🔄 Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

• Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at pa_smart_ltd@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Personalised or custom-made items

• Opened toys with safety seals broken (unless faulty)

• Clearance or sale items marked as non-returnable
